An essential part of a growing relationship with Christ—cultivating your relationship with God through time in the Word and prayer daily. There are plenty of tools to help you in your Quiet Time—from the plan in the sermon outline to the Daily Bread booklets in the lobby that provide a short devotional, a Bible reading plan and verse to memorize.
The command of Christ for His followers is to make disciples—to mentor and be mentored in the Christian faith and practice to become all that God would want you to be. Our church achieves this through one-on-one relationships in our fellowship that help individuals grow in their faith and work past hurdles to maturity.
The result of a growing relationship with Christ and being discipled will be a desire and ability to be a witness of what Christ has done on the cross in earning our salvation. Christ's command to make disciples starts with reaching out to the unchurched with the Gospel and leading them to Christ.
